Most recently, Oliver was Vice President of Finance for the West Region for Time Warner Cable. In his role at TWC, he was responsible for financial information of 5.3 million primary service units and $4 Billion of annual revenue. While there, he successfully completed the consolidation of the financial operations in Southern California which was the largest cable merger for a metropolitan area, through the acquisition of subscribers, assets and employees of Comcast and Adelphia.
Prior to TWC, he was Controller for Menemsha Construction Solutions, with over 200 employees in 40 states and specializing in construction services for the retail and banking industries. He oversaw all facets of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting. He also served as a Director of Business Operations for Charter Communications, responsible for the management of capital, retail lobbies, warehouses, and fleet. Prior to that, he was a Director of Accounting for Comcast Corporation. He spent the first 10 years of his career in public accounting at Thomashow, Brown and Paialii, CPAs where he was an audit manager responsible for middle market privately held companies in various industries.
Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and is a graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has been certified in the Advanced Study of Real Estate Finance by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, a certification awarded to candidates who complete comprehensive course work in Advanced Real Estate Finance, Financial Analysis of Development Projects and Real Estate Investment and Capital markets.
