Palmer Town Center is a grocery-anchored shopping center containing 153,085 square feet located at the intersection of William Penn Highway and 25th Street 721 South 25th Street, Easton, PA, constructed in 2004. The center is anchored by a Giant Food that opened February 23, 2005, and shadow-anchored by a 97,895 square foot Home Depot.
The in-line tenants are a combination of independent operators and national names such as Marshalls, Aaron’s Rents, National Vision (America’s Best), AT&T, Philly Soft Pretzel Factory and Dairy Queen. Additionally, Rite Aid and WaWa, a convenience store with fuel stations, occupy separately owned pad sites.
