National Asset Services, (NAS) one of the Nation’s leading commercial real estate companies has assumed asset management and property management of a newly constructed, 27,465 square-foot Arkansas industrial office building occupied by BNSF Logistics in Springdale.
BNSF Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, also occupies an adjacent 30,339 square foot facility, recently constructed in 2015. The addition of the new building completes the second phase of a property expansion that creates a “corporate campus” and serves as the company’s US Headquarters.
Both properties were acquired by NAS Investment Solutions, a national sponsor of quality real estate investment properties.

The addition of the new BNSF building, to NAS’ management portfolio, brings the total number of properties currently managed by the company to 77 properties in 24 states. The track record includes generating over $535 million in cash distributions to property investors and managing a commercial real estate portfolio of 164 diverse commercial properties, comprised of 24.2 million square feet, in 29 states. In addition to the two-building “corporate campus” location in Springdale, NAS is the property and asset manager for another Northwest Arkansas industrial office property; a 30,829 square-foot, Class-A office building in Bentonville, Arkansas. That property occupied by one of the Nation’s leading consumer packaged goods companies.
